  Our family trip and tour of Vietnam was incredible!  The hotel accommodations were great and the tour sites were wonderful.  My favorite cities were Da Lat, Nha Trang and Ha Noi.  Vietnam's nature and beauty far surpassed my expectations.  The choice of a private tour was especially nice.  We felt treated very well.  For example, having the boat to ourselves in Ha Long Bay was great.  The best tour guide was Le Xuan Son in Hanoi.  He was extremely knowledgeable about Vietnam's history and he was the most fluent in English of all of the tour guides. 

If I were to take the same tour again, there would only be a few changes.  Because we went to see the "Cave of Surprises" (Sang Sot) in Ha Long Bay, I would not have chosen to go to the caves at Phong Nha/Ke Bang from Hue.  The drive from Hue was too long 4 hours there and 4 hours back.  The whole group was tired and irritable at the end of the day.  I would have liked to enjoy the city of Hue more.  The Citadel was beautiful, but I was too tired to go see it after the day long expedition to and from Phong Nha/Ke Bang.  The tour van in Danang/Hoi An did not have a very powerful air conditioner.  Normally, I am cold so I do not need a lot of air conditioning.  However, the tour van in Danang/Hoi An lacked proper air conditioning for 8 people to be comfortable.  The rest of the tour vans were great.  Also the tour guide in Da Lat was not consistent - some good, some not so good things.  The restaurant he introduced to us on the first day in Da Lat was just okay and expensive by the standards that we were used to in the rest of our trip in Vietnam.  He seemed to know the owners.  The restaurant felt a little bit like what we Americans call a "tourist trap."  But then after Lang Biang, he offered us another choice instead of Prenn Waterfall.  It was a waterfall with a "slide"/"roller coaster".  That was a great way for us to get to the beautiful waterfall and have fun.  

Other than that, I think that you and your team put together an amazing tour!  I have recommended your company to several of my friends already.  My next trip back to Vietnam I will definitely book with your company.

Two weeks in Viet Nam is very short for us to discover the culture, history and landscape. We had a great time and we learnt a lot about the country and its peoples.

Some people may not realise that the homestay condition is basic, although we enjoyed this experience very much.

He is very friendly approach, flexible with our arrangements. The tour to the Mekong Delta was so good. We prefer to eat the elephant fish in My Tho.
